On two separate occasions in May, Robert J. Garraty, of Norwood entered the building in the Wayne section of the township and stole the copper piping and telephone wiring which he later sold, according to the Radnor Township Police Department.
Surveillance footage of the incidents shared on social media and local news outlets, ignited a surrender from Garraty, police said.
Garraty was charged with burglary and criminal trespass.
He was sent to Delaware County Prison after failing to post 10 percent of $15,000 bail.
His preliminary hearing is set for July 15.
